Wayne raced to his second consecutive ranking of third in points with the American Sprint Car Series National Tour in 2008, with a $10,000 score at the ASCS Knoxville Nationals among his three series triumphs on the season.

Wayne ran his overall victory total for '08 to eleven wins, with other triumphs including an All Star win at Volusia in February, a $12,000 Knoxville Nationals Preliminary victory and an $8,000 score in Ohsweken Speedway's Canadian Sprint Car Nationals.

Wayne joins forces with Scott Benic and the 2B Racing team as he tries to break back into the Chili Bowl championship main event after missing the cut last year for the first time in three tries.
