Competing in just his second Chili Bowl and first since 2000, now teamed with Kasey Kahne and crew, Joey enjoyed a strong 2007 campaign that netted second in World of Outlaws Sprint Car points.  Joey's 2007 season consisted of 91 feature starts with 16 wins, 52 top-fives and 77 top-tens.  After an Australian win at Parrammatta in January and an All-Star win at Volusia County in February, Joey topped 13 World of Outlaws features at a dozen different tracks including a $50,000 score in Silver Dollar Speedway's Gold Cup in Chico, CA.  Joey tacked on a 16th win in Trophy Cup preliminary action at Tulare in November.
