Bouncing back from injuries sustained in 2006, a pair of third-place finishes in Lawrenceburg Speedway competition were the best of 11 top-ten feature finishes for Ryan in 2008.  Ryan closed out the season ranked seventh in Lawrenceburg points and ninth in Gas City points.
