The 17-year-old's first full season of Midget racing action netted a ranking of ninth in ARDC points with a pair of victories coming along the way.  Monroe's first triumph came at Dixieland Speedway in Elizabeth City, NC, on July 13, with a second win coming at Susquehanna Speedway Park on August 3.
