Rafe ranked fourth in OCRS two-barrel Sprint Car points, picking up a win at Outlaw Motor Speedway in August, while also scoring a feature win in weekly action at Creek County Speedway.  Rafe also mixed in a pair of Midget starts during the season, earning a runner-up SMRS finish at Enid (OK) Speedway on August 16.
