A winner of six consecutive ARDC Midget championships from 2000 to 2005, Bull took in a limited slate of Midget action in 2007 with a May 13 win at Susquehanna Speedway Park (his 50th career ARDC triumph) the best of seven top-tens in eight ARDC starts.  A top-five finisher at the 2005 Chili Bowl, Bull's 2007 version of the Chili Bowl was cut short by a spectacular endo onto the exit ramp off of turn three.
