The 17-year-old ranked eighth in both Civil War Sprint Car points and 410-ci Sprint Car points at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico, CA.  Mason is set to take in his first Chili Bowl after competing in a championship basketball game on Wednesday, January 9.
