Levi added a third USAC Sprint Car championship in 2009 while also ranking fourth in Silver Crown points.

Four of Levi's seven wins during 2009 came in USAC action, including a second consecutive triumph in Terre Haute's Tony Hulman Classic, a pair of Sprint Week wins and an Oval Nationals preliminary score.

After posting 32 top-fives and 53 top-tens in 75 overall feature starts in 2009, Levi takes the seat of one of Scott Benic's several 2B Racing team entries for the 2010 edition of the Chili Bowl.
