After collecting his eighth career Knoxville Raceway track championship in 2008, "The Dude" returned to the World of Outlaws Sprint Car trail in 2009.  Lasoski picked off five WoO wins to rank sixth in points, adding a seventh stateside win in weekly action at Knoxville.

After successfully making it into the Chili Bowl championship main event on 13 consecutive attempts, Lasoski takes the wheel of one of five Loyet MOtorsports entries in an effort to crack the starting grid for the first time since 2006.
