The 2005 ASCS Gulf South champion ranked among the top ten in Gulf South points for the fifth time in six years by ranking ninth in 2009, with wins at 105 Speedway (Cleveland, TX) and Houston Raceway Park the best of seven top-fives and 14 top-tens. Ray Allen is set for his Chili Bowl debut after making his initial pair of Midget starts in 2009, including a runner-up SSMA showing at the Gator Motorplex on July 25.
