The 15-year-old was nominated for Rookie of the Year honors in both the 360-ci and 410-ci Sprint Car ranks after posting 15 top-ten feature finishes in 2007.  Kyle recorded a pair of feature wins during the season, including a Civil War score at Placerville Speedway on August 4 en route to ranking seventh in series points.
