Ready for his fourth Chili Bowl attempt, Josh finished out the 2008 season by running his World of Outlaws Late Model win total to six with a triumph in Lowe's Motor Speedway's Dirt Track World Finals.  The $10,150 victory moved the 20-year-old Late Model ace from fourth to second in final WoO points.

Overall, Josh accumulated 11 wins, 38 top-fives and 55 top-tens in 82 total starts in 2008.
