Just 17 years old, Josh "The Kid Rocket" Richards raced to a seventh place finish in World of Outlaws Late Model Series points in 2005, scoring his first series win at Lebanon Valley (NY) Speedway on August 15...After a crash course at Cory Kruseman's driving school, the young Late Model shoe gets his first dose of Midget racing competition with this year's Chili Bowl Nationals.
