After posting four top-ten finishes in his first six SMRS Midget starts of the year, including a third-place run at Outlaw Motor Speedway on April 25, Joe's season was cut short by injuries sustained in a July 5 crash at I-70 Speedway.  Joe makes his return to action at the Chili Bowl Nationals.
