Anytime, anywhere, anything is the M.O. for "The Rocket", who racked up 13 feature wins in a variety of winged and wingless Sprint Car action in 2008.  After posting nine winged wins throughout Missouri, Jesse finished out the season by achieving wingless glory with a $12,500 score at Perris Auto Speedway's Oval Nationals and then a three-night sweep of the ASCS portion of Manzanita Speedway's Western World Nationals.  

Jesse, who collected his 100th career feature win with an August 10 score at Double X Speedway in California, MO, joins the Loyet stable of entries after making the cut for his first Chili Bowl championship main event last January.
