After ranking among the top five with the ASCS National Tour in 2006, "The Rocket" shifted his attention to the Wingless ranks in '07.  Hockett was the overall top point earner with the O'Reilly Sprint Bandits TNT series and finished fifth in USAC National points.  Still mixing in some winged starts as well, Jesse posted eight overall feature wins in 2007, five coming in the topless ranks and three with the wing.  Among his wingless triumphs was a TNT triumph at East Bay on January 29, with his first career USAC National win to follow in Oval Nationals preliminary action at Perris Auto Speedway on November 2.  Overall, Hockett started 85 feature events in 2007 with 34 top-fives and 49 top-tens.
