The three-time Badger Midget champ ('00, '04 & '05) just missed out on a fourth series title as he finished a close second in points in 2008.  Scott scored three wins (Charter Raceway Park on May 31 and Angell Park on July 13 and August 10) en route to an astounding 18th consecutive year among the top ten in Badger points.

Winner of the Second Annual Chili Bowl Nationals in 1988, Scott makes a return to the Bowl after a two-year absence.
