After starting his Midget racing career with the RMMRA a couple of years ago, Harper has fled the Rockies for Indiana to step up his activities.  In 2007, Harper scored an SMRS win at Mid-America Speedway on April 20 and later finished second against a stout field at Dodge City Raceway Park on July 22.  Harper ranked sixth in SMRS points.
