"The Hurricane" spent another year on the road chasing the World of Outlaws Sprint Car trail, ranking 15th in points with a runner-up finish at Knoxville Raceway on June 16 the best of his eleven top-ten feature finishes.  Bookending his WoO campaign, Hannagan scored a win at East Bay Raceway Park's Winter Nationals on February 1 and then took the final night of Tulare's Trophy Cup on November 17.
