After kicking off the 2009 season with a Tulsa Shootout triumph in the “A’ Class Micros and making his first Chili Bowl championship main event start, the Washington native went on to rank 15th in Lucas Oil Sprint Car points. The past SMRS Midget and ASCS Rocky Mountain champ posted three Sprint Car feature wins in the Mid-South including a pair at Riverside Speedway in West Memphis and one at Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, MS. Gary joins forces with 2006 Chili Bowl champion car owner Steve Smith for the 2010 edition of the event.
