Finishing the '08 season ranked fifth in POWRi Midget points to earn Rookie of the Year honors, Daniel posted nine top-ten finishes during the year.  Along the way he captured his first career Midget feature win with a triumph at Spoon River Speedway's Tom Knowles Memorial on September 28 in Canton, IL.
