Danny picked off a pair of feature wins en route to the injected Super Sprint Car championship at Oklahoma City's State Fair Speedway, his sixth career title at the fabled venue, before putting the wraps on the season with a sweep of both the injected and carbureted Sprint ranks at Lawton Speedway's Winter Nationals in October and a carbureted win at Oklahoma City's Winter Nationals.

The third-generation shoe takes the seat of a Blackwell entry for his first Midget outing.
