The three-time American Sprint Car Series National champion makes just his second Chili Bowl appearance and first in six years after a 2008 season that included 19 feature wins, including his 37th career ASCS National Tour feature victory with a preliminary win at I-30 Speedway's Short Track Nationals and then a win in Cowtown Speedway's November Sprint Shootout.

With more than 150 career Sprint Car feature wins to his credit, Tim makes just his second Midget start at the '09 edition of the Chili Bowl.  Tim just missed out on the main event in his maiden Midget run of '03, although he did score a win in the Ford Focus Midget Race of Champions.
