After yet another strong Chili Bowl outing in 2007 that culminated with a drive from deep in the field to finish sixth, his second top-ten Chili Bowl finish, Joe posted a pair of fourth-place finishes in a limited slate of just six Midget starts over the year.  The past SMRS Midget champ also mixed in several wingless Sprint Car starts as well, posting a couple of top-fives at I-70 Speedway.
