While making seven NASCAR Craftsman Truck starts in 2008, the 2004 USAC Midget champion also ranked fourth in '08 Midget points.

Bobby excelled on the asphalt with a Night Before the 500 victory among his handful of triumphs that included a $30,500 sweep of Phoenix International Raceway's USAC Midget-Champ Car double on November 6.  Bobby also picked off a dirt win in preliminary action at the Belleville Midget Nationals before settling for runner-up honors in the finale.
