Brian Carter escapes the confines of the World Racing Group's corporate offices long enough to compete in a second consecutive Chili Bowl Nationals.  Carter made eleven 305-ci Sprint Car starts over the course of 2007, with fourth-place runs at Grayson County Speedway (July 7) in Bells, TX, and Kennedale (TX) Speedway Park (Aug. 18) the best of five top-tens.
