A podium finisher at the 2007 edition of the Chili Bowl, the 22-year-old raced to the ARCA/ReMax series championship in 2008 on the strength of six wins and 14 top-fives in 21 events.

Justin also mixed in a half-dozen Midget starts during the '08 season, snaring POWRi wins at Macon and the Southern Illinois Center in August before finishing out the season with four starts in the NASCAR Nationwide series.
