Troy Rutherford notched 30 top-ten finishes, including 19 top-fives and two wins in SCRA non-wing Sprint Car competition in 2003.  Rutherford ranked third in SCRA points, posting wins at Perris Auto Speedway on February 15 and Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, IL, on August 16.
