Something of a cult hero in the annals of Chili Bowl lore, Johnny Murdock is set to make his seventh Chili Bowl appearance in January 2004.  "Red Dog" will be aboard a newly built machine for the event.

During 2003, Murdock posted a season-best fourth place finish in SSMA action at Royce City, TX, on June 28.
