Leffler made 19 NASCAR Nextel Cup starts in '05 before finishing the season out on a strong note with the VoxBox/Infinity Mobile Braun Racing No. 32 Busch series team with a half dozen top-ten finishes in the final nine events of the season...Has signed with the Braun team to contend for the NASCAR Busch Series championship in 2006.

With three USAC Midget titles (1997-99) and a USAC Silver Crown championship (1998) to his credit, Leffler has battled his way into the Chili Bowl championship feature in his last seven attempts...In addition to his runner-up showing in 1998, other top Chili Bowl finishes include fifth in 2004 and ninth in 2000.

Capped off the '05 season with a win in the Turkey Night Grand Prix in Irwindale, CA.   Joins forces with the Venture Racing team that also includes Tony Stewart, Sammy Swindell, Kevin Swindell and Josh Richards.
