Always a top contender at the Chili Bowl, "The Kruser" racked up 20 feature wins during the 2005 season.

Nine of Kruseman's '05 wins came in West Coast USAC/CRA action, including the season-ending Jack Kindoll classic at Perris Auto Speedway.  A third place finisher in USAC/CRA points, Kruseman's Midwest journey in July paid off to the tune of three USAC National wins and the USAC Sprintweek championship.  Kruseman also topped the 360-ci portion of Manzanita Speedway's Western World Classic.

Just one of three drivers with multiple Chili Bowl victories to his credit, Kruseman joines forces once again with Andy Bondio as he chases Golden Driller number three (and Bondio's fourth).  In addition to victories in '00 and '04, Kruseman finished second in both '99 and '05 and third in '02.  A third crown slipped away with a late exit while leading in '03.
