Ryan Kaplan had a strong year in USAC Ford Focus competition in California, finishing second in FF North points and third in FF South points.  Kaplan recorded 16 top-ten finishes in 19 features, including 14 top-fives.  Kaplan scored three wins, including triumphs at Chico, Petaluma and Irwindale.
