One of the top West Coast Midget shoes for many years, Flock returns to Tulsa for another shot at Chili Bowl glory.  During the 2003 season, Flock posted USAC Western States Midget wins at Hanford on May 10 and Bakersfield on June 7, and notched a BCRA win at Placerville on July 12.  Flock also topped a combined USAC WS/BCRA Midget event at Hanford on October 11.  Flock joins forces with Mike Sala for this year’s Chili Bowl.
