Dale Howard scored one feature win en route to a sixth place finish in Sprint Car points at Memphis Motorsports Park in 2003.

Howard also scored a handful of top-ten feature finishes in a dozen O'Reilly ASCS National Tour outings, including a fifth-place finish at the ASCS Speedweek opener at Batesville (AR) Speedway on May 30.

Howard returns for his second Chili Bowl aboard one of three Clifton Blackwell entries.  Older brother Jan Howard pilots one of the other Blackwell machines, while un-related Sparky Howard of California drives the third entry.
