#25 - Boston Reid (Kokomo, IN)

First Chili Bowl Appearance

One of the top Chili Bowl rookies to keep an eye on this January will be young Indiana hotshoe Boston Reid.

After finishing eighth in USAC Sprint Car points and winning National Non-Wing Rookie of the Year honors in 2002, Reid continued to impress as one of the sport's top young up-and-coming drivers over the course of 2003, ultimately garnering a fifth place finish in the final USAC National Sprint Car points tally.

Reid posted his first career USAC National Sprint Car feature win at the famed Eldora Speedway on May 3, then scored a convincing triumph to collect $30,000 for winning the SCRA/NWWC Ultimate Challenge at Oskaloosa's Southern Iowa Speedway on August 12.

Reid joins forces with the Venture Racing #25 for his maiden voyage at the 2004 O'Reilly Chili Bowl Nationals.
